Require every public school in the United States to have at least one armed guard for every five-hundred students.

With domestic violence on the rise, it is time that we the people, take quick and evasive action to prevent future acts of terrorism from occurring in our school systems. With Newtown, Columbine, and Virginia Tech recorded in the history books, we can not afford anymore of these attacks. We need to act accordingly to eliminate these unpredictable threats before they occur. Education is key to the growth of our society and we need to ensure that our student's are provided with safe and secure environments in which they are able to learn. This petition is for the federal government to provide at least one armed guard for every five-hundred students in our public school systems. This would provide more jobs for the American people and safeguard our public school systems against acts of terror
