require every Senator, Congressman, and Presidential candidate have at least a 4 year degree in a science based field.

It is becoming increasingly obvious that it is negligent for our decision makers to be scientifically illiterate. Tax payer money and time are being put into trials on subjects such as global warming and evolution making us the laughingstock of the world. This is an attempt to organize a push back and bring this problem to light. It is 2013 yet we still don't recognize how much Science education pushes our country to be the worlds super power. Even the people on Obama's scientific committee don't recognize global warming as a real threat to our world. Some even think evolution is 'just a theory' showing their ignorance to the definition of a scientific theory. We as a country are sick of our representatives being ignorant to the things that actually matter.
