The "winner-take-all" method of electoral voting is undemocratic. The vast majority of voters are ignored and swept away by the dominance of the urban vote. Elections are supposed to be competitive. A Republican's vote in California is as worthless as a Democrat's vote in Kansas.
This is wrong.
Congress should enact a law requiring every State and DC to use the "district allocation" method of voting that is used in only Maine and Nebraska.
In these States, the 2 at-large electors vote for the President and Vice-President candidates who win the popular vote. The congressional district electors vote for the candidates who won in that respective district.
Let EVERY American's vote be heard and accounted for.
