Require FAA Regulation for protection of minors on commercial flights

As airlines have cut costs, they have also cut service. Minors are often seated next to strangers away from their accompanying adult. According to the news, this has happened to children as young as two. This is not only traumatic for young children and parents, but could also potentially be a safety issue. Parents are required to count on the kindness of strangers if there is an emergency (who do you trust to put on your child's air mask?) and does not consider illness or the emotional wellbeing of minors. Minors should be required to be seated with accompanying adult. Further, the FAA should create a set of rules to ensure the safety of unaccompanied minors. This should not be left to the goodwill of the commercial companies, who care only about the bottom line
