Require fair treatment of employees from employers.

Due to the unemployment rate in some areas employers, such as Night Eyes Protective Services in El Paso, TX, have begun abuse their lower level works. Abuse includes working extended hours without breaks or lunch periods. When these employees demand fair treatment or breaks they are fired. This is allowed by current Department of Labor regulations.
We the people are seeking petition for the administration to make 30 minute compensable lunch periods or 1 hour non-compensable lunch periods for shifts that are 8 hours or longer and 2 periods for shifts greater than 12 (such as double shifts)
Further more we request a 5 minute break every hour and a 15 minute break during 6-8 hour shifts.
