Require the FCC restrict the ownership of Broadcast Licenses to no more than 2 (1 TV, 1 Radio) in any 1 broadcast area.

In the past, the FCC restricted the ownership of broadcast licenses to no more than 1 television and 1 radio (AM or FM) in any one defined broadcast area to promote diversity in views and to prevent any one entity from monopoly control of the public airwaves. Since this rule was relaxed, the majority of all broadcast areas are served by only seven different corporate owners, and some have only one. This limits the diversity of opinions and restricts access of the public to the public airwaves in many markets. In addition, the ownership of those same entities of print media and cable networks in those same markets limits the scope of the public's access to news and information under the First Amendment.
