The Federal Bureau of Investigations has chosen to not record the injuries and deaths of citizens while in law enforcement custody.
This important metric will provide all parties the data required to quantify and correct what appears to be an epidemic of violence against citizens, primarily of color.
This metric will prevent suppression of this societal ill, and facilitate legislative action to quell this oppression.
I hereby assert that it is the full duty and responsibility of the FBI to record and track all crimes against citizens, regardless of perpetrator, and specifically by law enforcement.
