It is long past time that our federal government, which was formed to protect 'life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness', to oversee and and review when local and state governments take the life of any citizen in it's custody.
Lets take a look borrowing Wisconsin's new 'Michael Bell' law, possibly getting FBI review to ensure justice for both the police and those they serve.
