Just as men, they should be required to register for selective service within 30 days of their 18th birthday, ensuring a fair and equitable draft. Failure to register shall make them ineligible for certain benefits, such as, federal student loans and grant programs, federal job training under the Workforce Investment Act, federal jobs or security clearance as a contractor, and U.S. citizenship for immigrants.
