Require flower delivery companies to send a photo of arrangement ordered to the sender!

Created by C.J. on January 09, 2013

I ordered a holiday centerpiece for a family friend from Kremp Florist....roses, candles, evergreen branches... beautiful!

She sent me a text message to thank me for the round candycane vase of carnations and what looked like cheap greenery clippings from a tropical house plant.

This multi-billion dollar industry attributes a large portion of its profit to online sales.... How many times have you actually KNOWN what the arrangement looks like that your beloved is receiving? Can't some of that go to ensuring your recipient is getting what you paid for?

Some companies have adopted a disclaimer stating they may alter the flowers based on stock - However, I believe flower shops should have to visually confirm what they have sent. Increased consumer protection regulations must be adopted.
