Require food companies to disclose the origin of their products

Every day people wake up with the prospect of falling victim to the epidemic of diabetes in this great country, which has been contributed to the source of origin of our precious food supply.
For example, most garlic found in the local market comes from China where regulations are lax and studies have shown their food products to not meet U.S. standards.
This petition is to urge the Obama administration to order the FDA and Department of Agriculture to enforce a law, either by executive order or otherwise, that would require all food products to bear a clear label indicating its country of origin.
