Processed soy has been added to the majority of packaged foods. Research shows that the soy bean, when broken down from its natural state, can negatively impact the endocrine system of both males and females. Hormonal imbalance may manifest in the form of thyroid issues, premature sexual development, migraines, cancer, etc. There is no apparent reason why soy needs to be in every food item on our grocery store shelves.
