If you agree that reciepients should have their foodstamps tied to their drivers license or state ID, to track when they are spending their own money on ciggaretts and alcohol, when taxpayers are providing their food, then please sign my petition.
This would also alleviate the voter ID problem, as those who claim to not have enough money to get an ID, will have one given to them instead of a bank issued EBT card. This will also cut down fraud within the system as people sell their cards and report them lost. No one else can use it if it is an ID but the reciepient.
