Require the free Voter IDs be provided by TX DPS at all polling sites to ensure that all eligible parties can vote

We, SynergyED.org, petition the Obama administration to require the free, state-issued Voter Identification Cards be administered by the Texas Department of Public Safety at all polling site to ensure that all eligible parties can vote in all elections in Texas. Due to the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision on Shelby County vs. Holder, state education agency (Texas Education Agency) can act against the interests of local education agencies (North Forest ISD) in minority-majority communities without preclearance due to invalidation of part of Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Such actions directly diffuse minority-majority state and congressional districts as school districts and community schools are typically closed and reorganized forcing minorities to relocate accordingly.
