Require free water in public schools, wether it is bottled, or a dispenser with plastic cups.

I can't stand school milk. I drink it as a last resort, when I get too thirsty. It tastes horrible. I never buy water bottles, because they are $0.75. That I too much on top of the $2.75 for the lunch, which I barely eat, because that tastes horrible, too. Did you know water is the healthiest drink? So why do schools give free milk, rather than water with lunches? I have no time at all to get a sufficient drink from a water fountain between classes. Lunch is the only period in which I drink. I don't even have time in Phys. Ed. To get water from the fountain. When I am thirsty, it is near impossible to focus in class. I would love for free water in all schools, because I know many other kids who share the same opinion as me.
