Require gang members to register on a online data base. So that the community knows who our local gang members are.

Many of our communites are seeing gang violence on the rise. Families need more tools to help them keep their children safe from gang violence. If there was a data base that identified the gang members in their communities, parents would have more of an idea of who to keep their children away from. Gang members are always recruiting. It could follow the steps of Megan's Law.
