require GMO labeled, and GMO producers be responsible for contaminated crop

GMO producers, such as Monsanto, have to be unable take management positions in FDA and USDA. Most of the European countries banned or required labeling of GMO food, USA have to follow. Our government has to protect consumers, not the corporations. GMO genes are dominant; therefore, they WILL contaminate ANY other organism of the same and just CLOSE to it spices. Why victims of contaminated plants has to be hold responsible for this? Corporations have to be responsible. This is a human rights violation, when people forced to consume GMO contained food, because it is not labeled, or because it was unwillingly contaminated. We have to stop it now before it is still possible!
