Require for Go-Pros™ to be placed on every and all police officers

If Go-Pros™ were to have been placed on every and all police force members it would stop things like what had happened with Michael Brown in Ferguson, MO on August 10th, 2014. It also brings up the fact that there will always be solid evidence against anyone committing any crime, whether it be a civilian or a police officer. IF go-pros cannot be placed on the police task force members then there should at minimum be required to have a dashboard camera or a form of recording device. it has been statistically proven that any form of camera/recording device has made complaints about the police go down by 88% and police brutality down by 60%
