There are thousands of users who use Google Checkout to make and process sales on their website. Unfortunately, Google does not offer Phone Support for their Google Checkout service and they're very hard to get a hold of and often times will hold your money in your account for no apparent reason. There are thousands of online businesses that need to have reliable and over the phone communication with Google with regards to their money and it's about time that we recognize it.
