We the people of the United States feel that our nominated and elected government officials should be required to serve in our military. We the people believe:
1) Nominated/elected government officials should lead by example, serve and protect our country.
2) Will become more well rounded and have a better understanding of the world through military experience.
3) Will have a better understanding of the needs of our country.
4) A firmer understanding of laws that have a positive or negative outcome regarding our military.
