require government workers and politicians to be subject to the same laws set for the American citizen with no exception

Require federal employees, whether part time, appointed, or elected, to be subject to the same laws as the citizens of the land. In no case, will a special retirement account or health care benefits be available to federal employees or elected officials, unless the exact same such benefits are available, in their entirety, to the citizens of the United States of America. Elected and government officials shall receive no special benefits funded by the American taxpayer, unless specifically agreed to by public vote.
