require Governor John Kasich to undergo psychological testing to ensure his competence.

Governor John Kasich's competence is clearly in question with him continuing his race for the Republican nomination when he has no clear path to win the nomination. It is unclear whether this man is mentally stable enough to continue to govern the state of Ohio, let alone being competent enough to oversee an entire country. We ask that Governor John Kasich be required to go through psychological testing in order to ensure that he is capable of continuing his position as governor and/or before being considered as a presidential candidate.
