Require gun owners or purchasers to register all weapons such as guns or riffles as we do a vehicle.

Require all US Citizens to register their fire arm(s) with each state as we do for vehicles. When you sell your fire arm(s) you are required to change title of ownership as you would a vehicle with the State. If the fire arm(s) are used in a criminal action then the owner of the gun is culpable for the crime as well. Fire arm(s) must be reported missing or stolen to the state before criminal action to avoid culpability.
