Gun registration shall be done by households. All members of the household shall be listed and background checks shall be done on everyone who lives the household. If any member of the household shall fail the background screening than a gun permit for that household shall be denied. We believe that this will guarantee gun ownership for households of law abiding and mentally stable citizens, while limiting access to members of our society that are deemed dangerous to themselves or others.
