Ben Reed is a student at Fleetwood Area High School. He has kept his hair buzzed and boring over the course of the last ten years. This tragic and disturbing development has withheld him from reaching his full cosmetic potential. Something has to change.
Given what we know, it would be irresponsible for us as citizens to stand by idly and let him hold himself back. The answer is simple: Use the powers held by the President to force Mr. Reed to schedule an appointment at Lords & Ladies Salon and Medical Spa (Fleetwood location) and get his hair cut and styled into a mullet. A perm is requested as well but not required.
