Require that, as a condition to receive Medicare or other federal funds, healthcare providers were not allowed to deny any medically approved procedures, and (in case of hospitals) not allowed to require other providers on the premises to withhold any type of medically approved procedure, drug or other treatment. Do not allow hospitals receiving federal funds to retaliate against independent providers for performing any medically approved procedure, prescribing any drug or performing any medically approved treatment.
