This study raises ethical questions involving informed consent, data use and Institutional Review for human subject protection.
We would like to request that this work be reviewed by the Department of Health and Human Services, OHRP’s Division of Compliance Oversight (DCO), Title 45, Part 46, Code of Federal Regulations (45 CFR 46) and a comment made relating this study to "Common Rule".
