Require high earning federal lawmakers to pay 100% of their health insurance premiums

All elected members of the House of Representatives and Senate, as well as the President and Vice President and the Supreme Court justices who earn $100,000 or more in a calendar year, excepting the salary coming directly from federal employment, shall pay 100% of the health insurance premiums for themselves and their dependents for that year. The IRS shall be responsible for oversight and debt collection.
