Require a High School Diploma to vote in all elections.

I have grown concerned with the way this country is moving. It seems that the vast amount of under-educated Americans are causing poorly qualified people to enter in political office. Many states ,mostly in the southern states, have low graduation rates. Meaning there are large numbers of people that haven't developed critical thinking skills or can't read and write. How can we allow these people to vote when they are unable to inform themselves. So I am asking that for your support in changing the voting laws. By requiring all voters to register with their High School Diploma or GED, better qualified candidates will be elected to various offices and improve the condition of the United States.
