Any purchase of a firearm would require extensive background checks and two of the following:
Mental health screening or
Past Honorable military service or
A minimum of a high school education.
Most responsible firearm owners will have no problem with this. This is simple and should be mandatory. It should not be questioned that if you are allowed to own a firearm you should be educated.
