Require High School students demonstrate working knowledge of the U.S. Constitution prior to Graduation

The United States Constitution is the basis of our government. Too many of our citizens have no idea what the Constitution is, what it means or why it was created. The future of the United States of America depends on the Constitution. All U.S. Person's should at a minimum, understand the content of the Constitution of the United States. A law requiring schools teach the U.S. Constitution is easily implemented at little or not cost to schools.
