The govermant agencies need to re-evlauate the effectivness and saftey of Off shore aircraft maintenance facilites performaing heavy checks on commercial airliners. The latest is American Airlines sending 777 to Communist China for heavy checks....The two words American and Communist should never be used in a sentance together. It has destroyed American jobs and really hasnt saved any money for the airlines. The FAA needs to regulate just as EU regulates maintenance on its aircraft in this country.
