Require Hobby Lobby, by executive order, to desist in its attempt to deprive employees of women's reproductive rights.

Created by B.F. on January 12, 2013

Hobby Lobby continues to attempt to thwart the reproductive rights of women by using a religious excuse to deprive its female employees of rights guaranteed to them by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. The Supreme Court of the United States has upheld the provision requiring employers such as Hobby Lobby to cover procedures and medications that affect the reproductive rights of women, and the Supreme Court has also denied an exemption from these requirements to Hobby Lobby. Nevertheless, Hobby Lobby continues to deprive its employees of the full protection of the PPAC Act and seeks to find "loopholes" to perpetuate its deprivation and its refusal to abide an act of Congress, upheld by the US Supreme Court.
