Require the home owner property address to always be physically be served in a Sheriff's Sale or foreclosure proceeding.

It is possible in a Sheriff's Sale or Foreclosure proceeding for a home owner or interested party to not receive proper notice on such action due to an address change or out of service non-deliverable address making it possible for the notice of Sale or proceeding NOT to be received and therefore not given proper notice / service until after the sale or action.This petition would make it required by law in such proceedings of a Foreclosure / Sheriff's Sale that the property address MUST be served a physical notice in addition to service my certified and/or regular mail. This would insure complete and proper notice / service.
