Require The Honorable Justices Alito and Scalia to recuse themselves from the BP suit because of family ties to BP

BP is planning a petition to the Supreme Court to relieve them from some payments to those affected by the Gulf oil spill. If this petition goes to the Supreme Court, Justices Alito and Scalia must recuse themselves from the trial because their sons work for the law offices that are representing BP. We are asking that these two justices be recused.
