require independent bodies to draw Congressional districts so they cannot be gerrymandered.

Created by C.K. on September 30, 2013

Seeing how gerrymandering of Congressional districts has led to excessive partisan gridlock, is there any way to mandate independent oversight of Congressional district lines. With politicians in control of drawing their own districts lines it is obvious they cannot be trusted to be fair but they are making sure their districts are drawn so that they cannot lose an election once they are incumbents. What recourse do the people have to make sure these Congressional boundaries are more equally distributed so that we the people are actually represented fairly. It isn't fair if Congressmen and women get to control their district lines as then they ensure that they don't run in competitive elections which is to the detriment of our democracy.
