Require individuals receiving welfare to pass mandatory random drug tests before they can receive benefits.

I believe that individuals 18 or older (not a minor and/or child) should be required to pass mandatory random drug tests in order to receive welfare and other benefits such as Obamaphone, etc. This is to insure that the money allocated to these individuals should be used for elements essential to living, and not on drugs, alcohol, or other substances detrimental to one's health. This is not discrimination based on race, gender, socioeconomic status, or religion, but rather ensuring that the generous benefits that this nation distributes to aid its people are used for their intended cause.
