why don't we require individuals who are receiving food, housing or financial services from state and government agencies to perform tasks that we(taxpayers) would otherwise pay for by way of state and government workers overtime. Not to take away from existing employees but to lighten the load on what we spend as a country on overtime pay for state and federal workers. I am sure that there are many things that people who receive assistance can do that will teach them about earning rather than taking. There are too many families who have been living off the system for generations and have not contributed in any way at all.
