Require infant and toddler car seat manufacturers to include an alerting device for when is child left in unattended car

In 2013, 43 children died from vehicle-induced heat stroke. (The Washington Post). This regulation would require all manufacturers of infant and toddler car seats to implement safety devices helping to prevent these terrible incidents from happening.
