The crime of DWI and DUI has been a growing issue as the casualties of, in the most severe cases, entire five member families continue to occur on our roadways and highways. So many selfish and reckless individuals continue to make the poor choice of contributing to this statistic and cause the loss of innocent lives.
This could be prevented with the installation of breathalyzers post-purchase from any car dealer. It's been implemented for those already convicted of this crime. But why not be proactive rather than reactive.
