Require insurance be obtained prior to purchase for certain classes of firearms.

We seek to petition our government to pass a law requiring that person wishing to purchase any firearm not traditionally used for hunting be required to obtain insurance prior to purchase. We wish that the law shall establish a set of minimum liabilities for injuries or deaths caused by firearms of not less than 1 million dollars per wound, and not less than 10 million dollars per death in shooting incidents, and that there shall be no upper limit on judgements that may be imposed in such cases, only a mandatory minimum as stated above.
