Require that Insurance Companies offer PPO plans to Individuals and small groups in all states.
Since the roll out of the affordable care act legislation and lack of oversight of the insurance companies has lead to the evisceration for health insurance plans for the self employed. Plans offered out of network coverage are no longer offered which means that many people no longer can be followed by their health care providers. Plans are not cheaper, they are just as expensive and come with higher deductables.
It is imperative that there be a free market and Insurance Companies be permitted/required to offer PPO plans.
