Currently, health insurance providers do not automatically provide maternity services for women. Some companies offer riders (approx.1/3 of the cost of a monthly premium), and which the majority do not go into effect until a woman has been on the policy 18 months. This leaves insurance companies in charge of the timing of a couple's family planning when they are in a situation of being between jobs or out of work. Furthermore, the government does not offer enough incentive for women who choose to quit work to have and raise babies, rather than keep working and murder them. A woman who chooses to quit work would currently be better off getting fired and collecting unemployment. Although, some people still live by their conscience.
