It has become clear that republicans voters have no understanding of many issues including; climate change, women's rights, healthcare and/or the value of immigration reform. It can't be that republicans don't care about issues that effect them; the answer must be that they simply aren't smart enough to understand them - consequently, they vote against their own self-interests. It is our duty as fellow Americans to protect republicans from themselves by making them take an intelligence test to show them that they're incapable of rational thought.
