On average, the Pornographic industry generates close to $99 Billion per year at the expense of many men and women who are forced into exploitation.
But this petition is not meant to end pornography. People don't have a vast amount of options when it comes to regulating the amount/type of pornographic material that comes into the home via the internet. While there are some types of accountability software, they prove to be generally ineffective.
Pornography is profusely all over the internet, and at this day in age people need to be able to surf the internet without fear of stumbling onto content that they otherwise don't want to see. Let's petition for all internet companies to be required to give customers the option of what kind of content flows into their homes/businesses.
