This petition is being written to further the growth of the country by only allowing intellectually advanced humans the right to vote public servants into public offices. As one of the LOWEST rated countries in the civilized world on education, how are we able to be even close to the "greatest?" Intellect never hurt anyone. Quite the opposite. The countries with higher educational prowess are far better off than the U.S.
