We the people demand the U.S. Government to show the Law/Provision requiring the American people to pay a Federal Income Tax.
Sixteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution States: The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Income is defined at the Eisner vs Montgomery case and I quote "the gains from corporate activity."
The labor being taxed is private property and should NOT be taxed. Wages are not to be taxed because they are not gains from corporate activity.
