As more and more states have been adopting photo ID requirements, until and unless the requirements are overturned, the President should issue an executive order requiring the Social Security Administration to issue all citizens 16 years or older with photo social security cards, and should declare that these cards will be considered to fully satisfy all voter ID laws that have been adopted or may be adopted in the future. Other ID's may also satisfy state requirements, but no citizen with a photo Social Security card shall be required by any state, local, or federal authority to provide any other form of identification in order for the citizen to vote in any election.
