require Jerry Jones to Step Down as the Dallas Cowboys GM.

The years continue to stack up between Super Bowl wins and the 8-8 seasons that seem to never go away, as Cowboy fans we must continue to ask ourselves when will the owner make the decision to FIRE THE GM. It is time that we ask for Jerry Jones to step down from his general management duties of the Cowboys.
The amount of wins and loses fall heavily on the shoulders of players and coaches alike, however they never seem to fall at the feet of our favorite GM. Bad decision after bad decision, JJ is unable to see past the 3 Super Bowl Victories of the early 90’s.
He has admitted, if a GM has had as mediocre of a team as this one: he should be fired except that he owns the team. The Dallas Cowboys have become the joke of league and will continue to be as long as Jerry Jones is the GM.
