Require that jobs hire felons to be described as "An equal opportunity employer"

Employers should not be able to write "equal opportunity" on an application, or on their door if they cannot hire felons. As a reformed convict it bugs me to no end that a place can be considered an equal opportunity employer if they can openly discriminate against a person because of an action that they have commited.
